These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MCQ योद्धा (MCQ Yodha) at mcqyodha.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person is permitted. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
2. Free & paid plans
Parts of the Service are free. Certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices, plan duration and inclusions are shown at the point of purchase. Paid access is valid only for the stated subscription period.
3. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By purchasing a subscription you authorise the applicable charge. Unless required by law or expressly stated, subscription fees are non-refundable. Contact support@mcqyodha.com for billing issues.
4. Acceptable use & anti-scraping
The questions, variants, solutions and generators on MCQ योद्धा are proprietary. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, copy, bulk-download, harvest or republish our questions, answers or solutions.
- Use bots, scripts, automation or any tool to access content or to attempt questions abnormally fast.
- Create multiple accounts, share accounts, or circumvent rate limits or device checks.
- Reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with the security of the Service.
To protect our content we use rate-limiting, device fingerprinting and one-time access tokens. Violations may trigger temporary account locks of escalating duration (e.g. 3 hours, then 24 hours, then 72 hours) and, for serious or repeated abuse, permanent termination — without refund.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, design and software on the Service are owned by MCQ योद्धा or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation only.
6. No affiliation / accuracy disclaimer
MCQ योद्धा is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SSC, RRB/Indian Railways, UPSC, IBPS, RBI, any State Public Service Commission, or any other government or recruitment body. All exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the exams we provide practice for. Previous-year questions are reproduced for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, nor do we guarantee any exam result or selection.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCQ योद्धा shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
